HOLIDAY RENTAL CONTRACT - LE PRESSOIR
Between the undersigned :
Mr.Ian Peter Dunham
of Grand Hourcqs, 40350, Pouillon
hereafter called " the owner", of the 1st. part,
and
of
hereafter called "the tenant", of the 2nd.part,has
agreed to the following :
The owner agress to let the furnished accommodation, which the tenant accepts
to rent,
subject to the following conditions:

Divers
- Cleaning on departure included, but the accommodation should be left in good
clean order.
- Linen and towels supplied.
- Beach / swimming towels not supplied.
Deposit
The tenant agrees to pay a deposit of
pounds.
This deposit to be deducted from the total rental charges.
Balance
The balance of the rent to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
This balance not being paid, the owner reserves the right to relet the accommodation,
without return of the above deposit.
- Occupation is restricted to a maximum of
persons.
- Domestic animals are prohibited except by proir arrangement.
- The accommodation is solely for vacation purposes and is not to be sub-let,
or used for any professional purposes
- The tenant occupies the property at his own risk and should make his own arrangement
to insure against all possible risks or injury.
- The accommodation should be returned to the owner in the same condition as
it was found.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNER
- To deliver the accommodation cleaned and ready,
with all the items mentioned in the description in working order.
- To assure as much as possible the peaceful
enjoyment of the property in accordance with article 1721 of the Civil Code.
- To action any such repairs and maintenance
as may become necessary during the period of rental.
CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OR NON-ARRIVAL
- All cancellations or alteration should be notified
by email or telephone.
- If the contract is revoked more than 60 days before scheduled arrival date,
any deposit paid will be refunded after deduction of any administration costs.
- If the contract is revoked less than 60 days before scheduled arrival date,
then the owners will try to relet the accomodation and if sucessful will refund
the deposit, less any administration costs. If unsuccessful. then no refund
will be made.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
The owners do not take any guarantee deposit, trusting that the tenant will return the accommodation in good order. However in accepting this contract the tenant agrees to pay for any excessive damage to the property or furnishings they have caused.
COMPLAINTS
Any complaints regarding the condition or misrepresention of the description of the accommodation, should be communicated to the owner within 24 hours of arrival.
